Grove to Vote on new Motel Tax next Tuesday

For several years, Grove has attempted to get voter approval of a room tax for guests within the Grove city limits without success.

Grove has placed the issue on the ballot for the November election next week.

The following documents, presented by Grove City Manage Bill Keefer to civic groups around Grove, gives a clear understanding of the issue, and how the tax would be collected and administered.

Major improvements have been made since the last time the issue was on the ballot, and it is anticipated that it will pass.Passage is important for the growth and development of Grove.
