NEO LogoMiami, Oklahoma –Head Football Coach Ryan Held and the coaching staff at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College (NEO) signed 56 recruits Wednesday to play for the Golden Norsemen in the fall of 2014. Last year NEO signed 46 recruits.

“I want to commend our coaches, administration, and community for their tremendous work ethic and support to help put together a phenomenal recruiting class. The key attributes we were looking for in this class were speed, length, coachability and character. We feel we’ve accomplished those goals. The State of Oklahoma is the lifeblood of our program, and we feel we’ve signed some tremendous kids who will help us build a championship culture,” Held said. “We were very selective with our out-of-state recruits as we wanted some big bodied linemen and athletes. No one knows the true success of any recruiting class for one or two seasons, but there is no doubt we’re very excited about this group of young men.”
