RSUTV Announces Living Grand on Grand Lake TV Show
RSU Public Television, located on the Claremore campus of Rogers State University, will be launching their newest TV show, Living Grand on Grand Lake on Thursday, May 1st at 7:00PM.
The 30-minute program will feature life style stories about lake life and other attractions around Grand Lake O’the Cherokees. There will also be a special segment each week with an update of the upcoming events for the weekend.
“We are extremely excited about this program,” said Royal Aills, General Manager of RSUTV. “Grand Lake is such a beautiful place with so much to offer and this show will have people from all over the state getting a chance to see the beauty of the people and the area.”
The show will be hosting by Kristi Wallace, Senior Marketing Representative with INTEGRIS Grove Hospital and Tad Jones, Executive Director of the Grand Lake Association. “This is going to be a fun program,” said Kristi Wallace. “This show will give people a chance to get an in depth look at what Grand Lake is all about.”
The show will run for 26 weeks with 13 shows that will run consecutively and then be repeated. The events section, however, will be updated each week with weekend events in a morning show like format with guests.
Jason Reed, with Martini Shot Productions, is producing the show. “Each show will feature a few different aspects about the Grand Lake Area including museums, resorts, restaurants and lake life in general,” said Reed.
Arrowhead Boat Sales, the Grand River Dam Authority, the Grand Lake Association and INTEGRIS Grove Hospital are sponsoring the program. Not only will the show air each Thursday night at 7PM, but will also be available online at RSUTV’s website (rsu.tv) and it will re-run on Saturday at 10am.
“There isn’t another community in the state that has a TV show dedicated just to it, so Living Grand on Grand Lake is going to be a very unique program,” said Tad Jones.
